 Panchakarma through Ayurveda Plus is a nurturing and healing experience for body, mind and spirit. I experienced profound silence, which is always the basis for deep healing and letting go. The treatments helped the body return to its natural state by rebalancing. This supports ones natural expression in a way of relaxation and peace.
Richard’s vision is to offer the refinement of Ayurvedic healing in an atmosphere of love and joy. He and his staff are giving this gift in a beautiful way.

The Music, the warm temperature of the room, technicians, were wonderful women. The hot towels, steam, hot oil and touch was heaven.

The experience of being loved and cared for — the quality of heart brought to the experience — the overall scope of the (treatments and everything). In between — all the procedures and techniques all of which felt cleansing nurturing and rejuvenating — the synergy of Donna and Carrie working together as one body - mind — which allowed for relaxation and harmony within myself — the oil the steam, the towels the hearts, getting in touch with the breath made this an unforgettable experience.

How can I thank you for what you and Pam gave me this past week? I am having trouble finding the words... and my throat is getting clogged right now as I'm typing... it wasn't just instruction you gave me... but hope and inspiration and a way to teach myself. It's like I have some dignity back regarding the whole process of nourishing my body now. I can let my body guide me, instead of thinking/ feeling that I have to be in control of it. It's more of a partnership thing now... all the treatments and love that I received from the two of you have shifted more than my body mind... the shift is with my spirit and the way I'm allowing myself freedom... to be what I am, to feel how I feel, to be guided by my own instincts rather than things that are external... and having a unique way to begin again in valuing my own specialness. I guess the only thing I can say is, again, THANK YOU both. I'm so grateful that Spirit brought you to me in this way. I feel like I've expanded my circle of friends, family, and resources for healing... it's all very amazing, isn't it?
Well, I'm going to 'get quiet' now... but be assured that I will e you if I need anything... or call. I'm already missing Pam's drawl and warm smile and your direct and clear way of 'seeing' me. If there's anything the two of you ever need... feel free to call me, too. I would be more than happy to find a way to serve you both as you have served and honored me:-)
