A teacher with over 30 years of experience teaching meditation and body-mind integration techniques. Richard has a deep understanding of Ayurveda. He focuses his training on body-mind techniques, diet and routine, all based on Ayurveda. |
Teresa Farrell, RN, Ayurvedic Therapist
Teresa has studied Ayurveda for more than 20 years. She worked for Deepak Chopra while he saw people in Portland in the 1980's. She brings much depth and authenticity to her work. |

Carie Shields Arps, LMT
Carie is our most experience Ayurvedic Therapist. She has been an LMT for over 12 years and has been doing Ayurvedic Therapies since 1999.
As well as being trained in all the Ayurvedic Therapies, she is also trained in Thai Massage and is always learning something new. Our most requested therapist.
